Great product, great price!
Reviewer: Kathryn F. from Oconomowoc, WI (caregiver)
End User Desc: I purchased this walker for my mother because she broke her leg. She has severe Arthritis and would not have been able to work other styles.

Strengths: easy to use and the basket is very handy which allows the person to focus on walking and not trying to carry and walk at the same time.

Weaknesses: Have not found any yet.

excellant, easy to manuever product
Reviewer: Rachelle M. from Bisbee, AZ (caregiver)
End User Desc: a 90 year old woman who is very frail and unable to ambulate without a walker.

Strengths: My husband and I take care of up to four elderly women in our Adult Foster Care Home in Bisbee, Arizona. Mark's mother has one of your walkers. When she was visiting this winter we noticed how easly it fit through the doorways. We bought this walker for one of our residents because it fits so easly through standard door frames without getting stuck. Because it doesn't have brake cables it doesn't get caught on everything you pass by.

Weaknesses: Because of the automatic locking wheels in back, it doesn't turn as easly as the same walker with braking cables and swival wheels front and back. The automatic pressure brakes require double wheel's in back without swivals.

Strengths: Lightness, easy to use, being able to sit down in a line or on a walk.

Weaknesses: It would be great if there were some easy way to unlock the brakes while he is sititng on the seat so he could be moved short distances, like a wheel chair, although it's great that the brakes lock automatically when he sits down.

Strengths: Light weight enough so I can fold and put in back seat of car. Really like automatic braking system as previous rollator brake cables got caught on things. Like adjustable backrest so shopping basket fits on seat.

Weaknesses: Would prefer under-seat bag to under-seat basket as basket has to be removed to fold and is more limited in what it can hold with seat down. Wish product came with locking strap to keep it folded.

Great product. Qualiy of some parts is lacking.
Reviewer: Kathy M. from Hayward, WI (caregiver)
End User Desc: 84-year-old woman with severe arthritis and rotator cuff tears, so quite unsteady walking and also weak grip.

Strengths: Great design. Wonderful security for walking and also for falling with automatic brakes. Light for travel. Also, no need to think about squeezing hand brakes when out of control. Brakes kick in when necessary.

Weaknesses: Arrived with broken bracket that was plastic and should have been metal. Spinlife replaced right away, but some of these parts could be better quality.

The automatic braking system works very well for a person with limited dexterity.
Reviewer: John L. from Roswell, GA (caregiver)
End User Desc: 75 year old man with Parkinson's Disease.

Strengths: The braking system automatically engages when normally panic would take over and limit the usefullness of hand style brakes.

Weaknesses: The basket under the needs to be kept centered when lowering the seat. If this practice is not followed, the seat covering tears at the hinges. This doesn't impair the product, and doesn't show when the seat is in it's normal position, but when the seat is raised the wear points can be seen.

Strengths: For me it is the ability to have halp walking plus a place to sit when my legs get weak and start to shake. I bought a light weight model that I can handle easily in and out of my car trunk. I like the way it folds up compactly.

Weaknesses: I really have no weaknesses other than the time Medicare takes to reimburse me. Is there a normal time line for this? I am glad I have the "cruiser" on hand, as it takes forever for Medicare to process claims.
