Overview
Superb maneuverability defines the Dualer, for easy access around your home. When there is simply not enough room to turn around, just rotate the seat in the opposite direction and drive back out! To change the drive wheel positioning, simply rotate the chair 180 degrees, lock it in place, and you're ready to roll. Reach upper cabinets and grocery store shelves with ease using the power elevating seat, which is included FREE.
What Makes This Different
The Dualer is so versatile! If you're a first-time power chair user, you can start by using this chair in rear wheel drive. In rear wheel drive, your power chair naturally tracks in a straight path, which means you'll have excellent control over your chair. Once you're a powerchair pro, you can turn the Dualer’s seat around, making it into front wheel drive to really maximize maneuverability and enjoy a more direct-response driving experience. Another wonderful feature that comes standard with this chair is its power-elevating seat – an expensive option on most other power chairs. The power elevating seat will give you the ability to raise your seat from its base of 22" all the way up to 27".
Why We Like It
The great two-in-one power base feature of the Dualer lets you maneuver without having to make as many three point turns as many of its competitors, since you can simply pivot the seat and drive in the opposite direction. The turning radius of this chair is just 21 inches, which is quite small for a full size power wheelchair.
What You Need To Know When Ordering
The base width of the Dualer is 24 inches, so we recommend measuring interior door frames and tight spots before you order.
Your power chair is shipped free with our curbside delivery. With this delivery option, the chair will be shipped to your curb. You may require additional assistance getting your power chair into the home and assembled. If so, White Glove Delivery is available for an extra charge

| Seat
Depth1 Measure from the most posterior point of the body to the inside of the knee, minus at least two inches. Some prefer more leg overhang to make room for their hand when lifting their leg. Back Height2 Measured from the seat base to the top of the chair back. Power wheelchair riders need upper back support, particularly for the moment of initial acceleration. Hanger Angle3 Determines how far the toes extend away from the body, measured from the horizontal. A tighter angle allows the electric power wheelchair to turn around in less space. Depends in part on ability of the knee to bend towards the perpendicular. Seat Width4 Determined by the widest point of the body from knee to hip, plus an inch to ensure room to move. Consider bulk of clothing, particularly a heavy winter coat, if relevant. Front Seat to Floor5 Measure the leg from the back of the knee to the sole of the foot. Then subtract the thickness of the cushion when it is compressed. Next, add a minimum of two inches for footrest clearance. Electric power wheelchairs are almost never foot-propelled by the user - so excluding the additional two inch footrest height for propelling is very rare. |

Warranty Information
Merits Health Products, Inc. warrants the main frame against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime expectancy of this power chair (5 years).
For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Merits will replace at their option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative in the material or workmanship: Electronic controllers, harnesses, chargers, motors. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty.
Warranty exclusions: Tires, plastic or rubber parts, upholstery/armpads, painted surfaces, seating, bearings.
Merits Health Products, Inc. will repair or replace parts as required, provided that an authorization for such return has been acquired by an established dealer and that the part or parts in question are returned fully insured with freight prepaid to us within the prescribed period of warranty. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty.
Merits Health Products, Inc will not warranty any parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner’s neglect, accident or misuse, nor those parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by us.

Return Policy
- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.

- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
