End User Desc: T-9 Para, 20 years post, Male, 6' 7", 300 lbs
Strengths: Solid construction, good tires and wheels, good front casters for all surfaces, easy transfer from either side due to fly away arm rests, folds up, suprisingly stable. I am a large man, and even though my legs are too long for this chair, they still stay secure (although somewhat froglegged) and it is a pleasure to not have to transfer to a bench in the shower anymore. To those who say this chair is unstable I have to disagree. I only use it for very short distances to my roll in shower, but it supports me well and I do not feel shaky. Good chair for the money.
Weaknesses: Seat is a bit hard, but not so bad for just showers. The feetrests do not swing away, which is a bit of a pain, but not a major one.

End User Desc: 75 year old male with muscle disease. Cannot stand or walk. Very little use of hands. Requires assistance for everything from dressing to showering.
Strengths: Have not used long enough to know.
Weaknesses: As for the chair- needs to have rubber plugs in the top of the tubing where the front wheels are mounted. There is a rubber insert there but it does not stop the water from going down into the tube. This will eventually cause rusty water to tun out in the shower which is difficult to clean. Plugs are used in other places where not needed, but not in this location.

End User Desc: Caregiver to son with muscular dystrophy - dependent on wheelchair for mobility, has difficulty standing/transferring.
Strengths: The seat is comfortable and easy to clean - as is the rest of the chair. The tires have tread and grip well for something immersed in water. It is nice for transferring that the armrests swivel up and down.
Weaknesses: Slightly too high causing my son to feel like he can fall forward easily. Frame is rather wobbly and feels somewhat unstable. My son wishes the chair came with anti-tip bars but it is a minor issue.

End User Desc: Quadriplegic due to C4-C5 Spinal Cord Injury.
Strengths: Good price compared to manufacturer price.
Weaknesses: Chair is too narrow to fit over most toilets (14" wide). Also, the bucket sits in a wire cage beneath the seat. Both the seat and cage must be removed to roll over a toilet (even if it is a narrow toilet). This is not easily accomplished while someone is in the chair. I have an older model that works fine. I'm not sure why they changed the design.

End User Desc: 34 year old with quadriplegia at the C7 level.
Strengths: Wheels very easily and is light. The swing back locking arm rests are a lot nicer than previous models. Overall this is a great chair.
Weaknesses: The seat is a little slippery when transferring out of the chair after a shower. The basket that holds the bucket comes unhooked easily when transferring in and out of the chair which is a pain. The leg rests would be easier to swing in and out if there was a lever as opposed to having to lift them up to swing them out.
