MATTRESS: Any time during the first TWO years after purchase, the mattress may be returned to the factory freight prepaid, and it will be repaired, replaced or reconditioned at factory’s option, for no charge, and returned freight collect.  During the third, fourth, and fifth year after purchase, a service charge of $40.00 will be made.  If the mattress shows unmistakable signs of abuse or wetting, the mattress warranty is void.

MOTORS:  During the first TWO years after purchase, the complete motor set may be removed and sent to the factory for reconditioning at no charge.  During the third, fourth, and fifth year after purchase, a charge of $40.00 will be made.  An additional charge will be made if the motors have been disassembled.  All parts must be shipped to the factory UPS Prepaid, and after reconditioning, will be returned UPS COLLECT.

This warranty does not apply to any product subjected to customer misuse, damage in transit or handling by the delivering agent, or which, in the opinion of Flex-A-Bed, has been altered or repaired by an unauthorized representative in any way that affects the reliability or detracts from the performance of the product.  Replacement parts are guaranteed for the unexpired balance of the original warranty period.  This warranty does not include responsibility for transportation or handling expenses.

The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, express, implied or statutory.  Flex-A-Bed neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product.
