Strengths: Product is powerful and nice-looking. I live at a house on 8+ acres of woods. Big brother uses the scooter to travel around the yard and woods unaided. We will use the scooter for traveling, probably using ramps to wheel the entire scooter into the back of a pickup truck and/or trailer.

Weaknesses: One, this product needs a step-to-step assembly guide! The batteries are disconnected when delivered, and the scooter guide didn't cover that. Spinlife's reviews did cover that little detail. Two, the transport disassembly procedure is unreasonable. I tried it, and I had to lie flat on my back to disconnect the wiring harness. Fair weather only.

Weaknesses: hard to assemble the first time, no good directions, none at all for adding the mirrors. if i put tiller in a comfortable position, i cant see the battery gauge. i hate the beeping when i back up or turn on the turn signal. i work at the university and it is too noisy wish there was a way to disconnect that feature. another big weakness is the drive medical people did not ship the batteries with the scooter so i waited 3 weeks from my order date until i had the batteries. they sent the wrong ones the second shipment so spinlife ordered me batteries from another source.

Strengths: Real nice scooter and is very able to handle upgrades even thought I weight is just over 300,lbs. Smooth opperation and stops well even under load on a decline surfaces. I really like this scooter.

Weaknesses: One important note remove rear battery cover and plug in batteries before you try to charge. Should come with instruction on how to do this. At first I thought something was defective with charger or scooter. Thanks to my son who is smart enough to figure out what was wrong and removed the rear cover and pluged in batteries.

Strengths: The speed control is very responsive making it very easy to control the scooter whether indoors or outdoors. It also has a high ground clearance making it well suited for most outdoor terain.

Weaknesses: My only criticism of this fine product is the large turning radius. However my purpose in buying this particular machine was for use outdoors and in larger stores such as Home Depot, Lowes, Etc. I don't fell that the turning radius will be much of a problem in these environments.

I bought this for my sister, it works, she loves the scooter and its looks. she needed to get around on her seven acres uneven ground. the clearance is exceptional for this type of unit tire size is a real plus. I love it.

Weaknesses: It does not turn as sharp as it could while in the store, but that is really ok given its rate of speed where turning to quickly could be a real problem. great compromise. I tried the scooter before delivering it to my sister and found no short-commings.

Strengths: The construction seems to be good. The machine has enought power to do what I want. So far it has worked fine. I can load it and unload it off of my truck by myself. I went down the lane (about 1/2 mile) to the woods then into the woods with no problem. I went over stick and leaves with no trouble.

Weaknesses: Had trouble at first with the battery charger, have to put on 110 volts. I think that the body could be held on a little better than with velcro. Hope that it will hold up over time.

Strengths: The scooter handles well on unlevel surfaces. Seat is comfortable. Easy to recharge batteries.

Weaknesses: Reset button could be placed in a higher position to provide easier effort for an elderly person. Also, the fuse could be in a better position and an extra fuse should come with the scooter. The manual does not give information on the position of the fuse or the fuse number which is needed when purchasing another replacement fuse. The manual could give better details on the operation of the scooter. The pictures in the manual could be clearer. The shroud should be able to be removed without removing the seat. Elders have trouble lifting the seat. And lastly, if service is to be done on the scooter, we need to be advised of the authorized service agent in our area.

Weaknesses: It may be a little big for those wanting to travel in small confined areas, but I was willing to scarifice this weakness. A better manual could explain how to connect the battery and how to use the battery charger.

Strengths: I really haven't used it enough to determine the strengths or weaknesses of the Odyssey. I bought the Odyssey just to work outside. I have two power chairs that I use inside and when I go somewhere.

Weaknesses: It's too big to get in my van. That's not necessarily a weakness, but it means that I'm going to have to buy a trailer to haul it.

Strengths: Being a four wheel scooter and having solid tires, I am able to travel over a huge variety of surfaces and, even with all of the new construction down here in Florida, I don't have to worry about getting a flat tire. This scooter is not only practical, its beautiful and I love it. Thanks!

Strengths: Lots of features you'd find on other products costing thousands of dollars more. I like the outdoor toughness and front suspension. The standard soft solid tires relieve any concerns about flats. Battery life is excellent. The multi-position rotating seat is another selling point. And, the price of this scooter just can't be beat. At top speed, your friends will need to be jogging to keep up.

Weaknesses: No major weaknesses. I purchased it to use primarily outdoors and it performs very well on a variety of surfaces (tall grass, gravel, bumpy inclines).

Strengths: It is very well made and durable with 4 wheels. I can drive it outside and across the yard and have no worry of causing any damage to it. I like the comfort of the seat and headrest. There is plenty of leg room and my knees are not cramped.while riding on it.

Weaknesses: I don't think there is any weakness in the scooter, but I wish I had the strength to handle it alone so I could have more freedom to use it every time I go shopping.

End User Desc: I purchased this for my father an 85 year old man that has difficulty walking long distances from poor circulation.

Strengths: The overall quality and design is great. The captain's seat is more comfortable than some Lazyboys.

Weaknesses: I would say the biggest weakness is the ability to transport or break down of scooter. However this is where the quality and the durability is a trade off. I could of purchased a different model, but it did not have the features that this one did.

Strengths: The fact that it is able to go over land was the most important feature.
