Overview
Aqua Creek's Beach Access Chair is a sturdy, light-weight, all-terrain, specialized beach wheelchair that allows easier access in sand, snow and other soft soils. Four balloon flotation tires give the chair extra stability that resists tipping and corners better than three wheel designs. Comes standard with single motion park brakes, safety belt, umbrella, storage bag and comfortable cushion seat. Quickly disassembles into three pieces for easy transport.
*The height of the seat is 25". The chair's cushion adds an extra 3-4" in height.

Warranty Information
If the product should become defective within the warranty period, we will repair it or elect to replace it free of charge. We will return your product, transportation charges prepaid, provided it is delivered prepaid to Aqua Creek.
This warranty does not apply if the damage occurs because of accident, improper handling or operation, shipping damage, abuse, misuse or unauthorized repairs made or attempted.

- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
- Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
