WARRANTY: ACTIVEAID warrants its new devices against defects in material and workmanship as follows: Chair frames made of stainless steel--3 years; all other metal and structural parts not of stainless steel (in or for chairs, raised toilet seats, tilt tables, parallel bars, etc.), brake mechanisms, locking mechanisms, wheels and casters--1 year; cushions, padded parts, straps, belts, plastic parts, rubber parts, coated surfaces, bearings, cables and other parts not specifically identified--6 months.

This item is non-returnable for one of the following reasons:

• This item is custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs . Please review all specifications carefully before placing your order. Once production of your item has begun – the order is unable to be cancelled.
• For hygienic safety and per FDA regulations this item is non-returnable, even if unused.
• Once products are installed, the product is no longer returnable.
